Every guide section on SharkVault is original prose, produced by our editorial AI pipeline grounded in cross-referenced public sources (community wikis, archived FAQs, contemporaneous publications) and reviewed by a human editor before publication. We do not reproduce copyrighted strategy guides, FAQs, or walkthroughs. Where a specific fact is sourced, the per-game “verified by” card and inline citation chips name the source.
Cheat codes, controller input sequences, and Game Genie / GameShark codes are factual data, not copyrightable expression, and are sourced from community archives including the GameShark-Labs-published Code Vault. They are reproduced verbatim where verified across multiple sources.
SharkVault publishes curated outbound links (“Best external resources”) on game pages, hand-picked by a GameShark editor. Every title and excerpt is editor-written — never extracted from the linked page. We do not scrape third-party sites for excerpts. Outbound links carry rel=“noopener noreferrer nofollow” and open in a new tab.
SharkVault (web), RetroShark (hardware), KitShark, and The GameShark Cheat Code Compendium by GameShark Labs (print) are brands of GameShark Labs LLC.
All other product names, brands, and logos referenced on SharkVault are the property of their respective owners. Use of a name does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
